Cable download sprikes

    Has any one had a problem with there Cable service?Downloading toooooo fast.I don't know what happen but 5-6 days ago my internet download speed, incresed by 5x. I download now @ 200.5 KB\sec and faster.With P2P apps and even faster on direct downloads.But my upload speed still sucks.

    I guess i can't complain.right.Only paying around $30-40 a month.
