Hi guys, Is it possible to make them have more Bandwidth? By an app? Or getting inside, extra chip...etc?
Hey j_holmes Not that I have ever heard of. I know you can get programs that will make your downloads faster, but nothing else comes to mind. Because it is the area that you are in and the modem that you are using which determines how fast/slow you are connecting too, well for obvious reasons. But if I find something, I will let you know. I couldn't agree with you more... That is why they set your upload/download limit with the area you are in. I would not try to uncap your cable modem. I work for a cable company in the northeast. They would see a spike of activity come out of the modem. They would shut you down pretty fast.
