What do I have to do to get my camcorder recordings to get on my computer so I can burn them. I can get still photos but not the actual video.

you have to buy a special graphic card that runs about $100 to $150 used so ya look around your local retaller and ask about that they will help you.

What format is your camcorder. Is it hi8, digital 8 or DV? With hi8, you'll need a capture card. With digital 8 and DV, you can use a firewire cable. You'll need some video editing software such as studio version 9.

You can do it with a firewire card and nero if your camera has a firewire plug-in on it.
