Can´t convert ratdvd to dvd

I´ve been trying to convert diferente films from ratdvd to dvd and the program is constantly crashing. I receive a message that the program encounterd a problem and will be shut down. I used to convert with ratdvd on a Compaq portable desktop and never had any problems. I bought a new a computer and now I can´t convert any ratdvd format films. Is the problem with the new computer? What do I have to do to overcome this situation? I could really use some help. Thanks.

 

do you have all the other drivers and software that ratdvd requires to be installed?

 

I´m not sure. Could you indicate me which drivers and programs I need.
