I have just installed a Samsung DVD+RW TS-H552B drive, I have burned a DVD with it, and it works, but the drive will not play DVD movies. I have tried using real player, windows media player, and my own dvd playing software and they all crash when they try to play the movie. I was wondering if anyone could help me with my problem.

Those players don't have a dvd decoder. (I believe that is what it's called).

Here are some other players you can try:
    http://www.cliprex.com/
    http://www.videolan.org/

Also, what is your "own dvd playing software"? What program is that?
