I have a Presario 6301RSH PC,Intel Celeron 1.8GHz processor,128MB DDR SDRAM Memory,and 40 GB Hard Drive.Can I copy DVD's using an internal DVD Recorder on this PC?
sure. You might want more ram and a larger hard drive (depending upon how much space you have on it). If I were going to prioritize it, I would want more ram first.
I run on: AMD 900mhz 256 SD Ram 80Gb + 40GB HDD ...and I totally concur with Yuedana in that more RAM would be good & you'll definitely want to add to HDD space (at some point).

hard drive space is fine. Ram will give you a performance boost. It is hard to predict how long it will take you to do the rip, compress and burn
DVD2One takes sometimes 30 mins or so because I only have 900mhz CPU & 256k SD Ram. Extra RAM would really help out & its cheap as chips anyway if buying SD (single data) RAM.
