Can burn to DVD+-RW but not DVD+-R help

Every thing work fine when I decrypt the DVD
then when I burn it to a DVD-RW or +RW it works fine but if I try to burn to a DVD-R or DVD+R there is an error and it wont work.
Someone please help.

Need more detail than that...what software are you using, what medium, what burner, what standalone DVD player, etc...

 

I am useing DVD decrypter and Nero. I have a Sony external DVD burner and a Sony internal DVD buner.

 

Is the error in decryptor, nero, or when you put it in the DVD Player?

 

The error happens when I go to burn it in Nero. I starts to burn they it will stop. With both - and + media.

 

ASPI drivers?

Could be this, but I don't know if external drive use the ASPI layer.

Is your external drive USB2 or Firewire?

 

The external is Fire wire
