Can I back up a movie that is already backed up?

I have DVD X Copy Platinum, and am wondering if I can back up a movie that is already backed up? backing up from a burned copy.

how? when i am in DVD X copy platinum, and put the already burned disn in nothing starts as it usually does. Am i missing something?

 

Get a copy of DVDShrink....quick and easy

Any disc copying software should work.I have used Shrink,Recode2 and Plextools CD/DVD copy to re-do some of my Xcopy backups.

 

DVD X Copy does not allow you to copy a dvd previously burned by DVD X Copy. As suggested use other means and also as I have adto do, you may have to rip from the burner you used.
