can i build one for $600

    I ended up getting a lg gh22 and now i cant figure out where to hook it up on the mother board.

    I just figured it out! but I cant figure out where to plug in the power sw, reset sw and the hdd led because they only have 2 pin holes and the mobo has 3

    I got everything plugged in and now the computer wont turn on. The fan moved for a fraction of a second and that's all

    Did you read the mobo guide? With out pics its hard to know where you went wrong.

    Either:
    Power short
    CPU cooler not installed properly (most likely)
    faulty board or power supply

    It works fine now. I installed vista and the gigabyte cd and the graphics card cd but i cant get the audio to work. I have hd audio plugged in to the mobo.

    do you have the HD audio plugged into the HD Audio header if you have one. if you dont you will have to plug in the front audio into the F audio header. i did the same thing on my board the first time pluged the HD audio into hte F audio header and i had no sound.
    also are you sure the audio drivers from the cd were installed??

    I do have it plugged in. Should I reinstall the cds? Are the audio drivers on the mobo cd or the graphics card cd?

    I just checked the mobo cd and everthing was installed. does that mean I dont have to go on line to find drivers?

    im really stumped here ive been on looking on google all day and I cant figure it out

    I had it set to line in, not speaker out! I feel so much better now

    Im all done with my build. Thanks for everyone's help. Now what game should I get to really try this thing out?
