Before I had a DVD Writer I ripped some DVD's in File Mode usind DVD Decryptor.

Can I still use those .VOB files to burn a working dvd?

You can get DVDShrink and compress the files if they are DVD9 movies so they fit onto a DVD5. Open up Shrink and click open file and go to the folder your DVD is stored and make sure you go to the VIDEO_TS folder under the back up folder of the DVD and then DVDShrink will load the DVDup for you to compress to a DVD5 Disc.
