I am currently using DVD decrypter and DVD Shrink to make backups. Is there a way to burn proof my back up DVD-R movies so no one will burn them for illegal use?

If what you are saying is that you do not want anyone to make a copy of your copy than the answer is no. There are a few programs to get around the protection..including the programs you use so anyone that knows how to copy a DVD prob knows how to get around the protection. Did I answer this correctly?

In a word, NO! Hollywood has been trying to encrypt movies for years, everytime they come with something new, somebody will crack it!
