Can i Copy a DVD Back Up To a DVD R

I Just want to know if i can copy a dvd back up to
another dvd r with the same quality as the back up..

is not the original movie, i already burned the movie
but i dont have the movie with me now and i need to
make another back up...so can i make a copy from another copy with the same quality?

pls i will apreciatte if you answer this one...

 

I forgot to tell that im Using dvd shrink 3.2 and
nero xpress 6 to burn my dvds

yes you can
in your favorite burning software just use the disc copy feature

 

If you are copying the whole disc (no transforming the data into other formats, no compression), the answer should be yes, since the data are copied in a digital manner.
