Okay, I have a MAC application on my PC. If I burn it with Nero, or whatever burner I choose........will it work on my MAC G4?

I just want to know before I waste a DVD, because I was informed by an unreliable source that "It would not work"

it should work fine.. as long as its a mac read-able file.
which for apps.. that's .dmg. for most of them.

and i would like to wonder why you would have it on the pc in the first place..

Okay, do I need a certain program to burn them? Do I burn them as data?

however you burn it on the pc.. data cd or dvd would be fine..
and as far as "wasting a dvd" why not just get an RW disc.

if you get your stuff on sale.. its normally only 20-30 cents a disc

if youve got OSX then youll be fine but i downloaded some mac software and to this day i still havent been able to actually get it onto my mac laptop... all because it has crappy os 9.2.2 on it so it cant read from my flash disk... it doesnt have a DVD drive and the data is too big for a CD and the bloody little thing just WILL NOT share files ona network no matter how many apps that claim to do it ive tried.

so good luck if you dont have OSX
