can i fit more on a dvd

    hello i have season 3 of the sheild,it says its 1.77gb xvid asd format. when i try to burn it i can only fit 2 episodes on disc.is it possible to fit more without reducing quality.

    No...the quality will be affected when apply more compression to it.

    EDIT: after rereading the question. You can put 4.3 gigs of data onto a DVD before compression is needed, so if you put two 1.8 gig files onto one disc you are only putting 3.6 gigs of data onto the disc...easy, no compression needed.

    ok.but each episode says their about 120 mb but when i try to burn with nero i cant fit more than 2 episodes.sorry for my ignorance.
