I want to use one of the LAME presets. Is this possible using CDEX ? I can't see where I can specify this.

You can on the ENCODER TAB --- make the preset you wish to use then save this as a New Profile under a name like "" Lame 128kbp/s "" -- next time you use CDEX if you load that profile , it will be there for you to encode.

    Options > Settings > Encoder > Quality
All the typical LAME presets are listed there for you to choose from :)

Aha! I dropped down that box and never noticed it had a scroll bar. Thanks to all.
