I don't know for sure about your particulair model of phone. I have the V400 and I transfer them through the melody studio on Mobile phone tools. If you don't have mobile phone tools see the other links on this forum for indepth instructions on how to get it.

You have to access the Multimedia Studio portion of the software where you can browse the contents of your phone and computer, then you transfer the files to the Audio folder on your phone (well, I have the V220 and it has an audio folder that holds my ringtones). So you can put 20 MP3s on your V180. Sweet. The V220 only comes with about 1.5MB of usable memory. BUMMER!

When I start Phone Tools, it comes up with a skin of my phone (V220). There is a right side panel with various icons in a column. One of those is Multimedia Studio.

I assumed it had to do with the USB modem driver file.
