    Can you tell me how to unlock my 6230i have tried twice now found this site do i have to put in a non accepted sim

    Insert a non accepted sim, most times it will show "Phone Restricted"
    Press the UNDO option
    You should see a box that says enter restriction code.
    Enter the code given and then press (OK)
