    I have AnyDVD and CloneDVD2 and have no major issues recording to DVD+R disks. I just bought some DVD+RW (memorex brand - they were on sale) and CloneDVD2 will not write to it, gives unexpected writing error. I popped in a DVD+R, same brand, works fine. I looked thru alot of threads and didn't see anything this, any suggestions?

    Yes now I know after I already bought them, oh well, I'll buy the good stuff next time. What about the DVD+RW issue?

    The issue here is the memorex discs! I have burned to many +RW discs with the famous AnyDvd & CloneDvd2 lethal combination!
    Just because one lot of them work & another doesn't, that does not point to software as the prob. Memorex discs (or any discs made by CMC corp) have incredibly bad reliability issues.
    Most people who have been here a while know not to buy memorex. Many people have tried to argue they are OK, they always fail there arguements.

    Nobody here will recommend them.

    End of story!

    Thanks guys, learned my lesson with the "Memosux" brand. I bought some DVD+RW Philips brand (made in Taiwan) working fine now. I have a real nice set of coasters if anybody is interested :}
