    Shrink does not burn.
Did you use Nero, DVD_Decrypter or ImgBurn?
What's the name of the media?
    Is your drive defregmented?
What type of burner do you have?
Is the firmware up to date?
Can you post a burn log?

does your DVD player accept whatever media you're burning to? not all stand-alone players play DVD+R, for instance.

put your burned copy in your computer and see if you can get it to play - if it does that indicates that your stand-alone player is just too picky or you didn't burn the files in the appropriate audio_TS and video_TS files.

    good luck.
