just recently purchased this dvd burner from new egg http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=27-131-239&depa=1 in its description it says 8x dvd-r burning capabilities, so all i have right now are 4x disks, and it wont allow me to burn on them, why is that, im thinking about sending it back, but i have a shipment of 8x disks coming, ....any suggestions as to why those disks aren't burning...holla back
It may be that the media that you are using is not compatible with the burner. What brand media are you using?
