Sonce yesterday i've been having troubles with my Samsung CD-RW drive. When i try to burn a CD with any kind of files (mp3, avi, etc.) i get a "writing error" after 4 or 5 minutes.
Im't using Sony CD-R, so the media must not be a problem, and also i've tried burning a CD using Windows XP, but i got the same result.

    Here's the log from Nero:

    Thanx!!

U could try using InCD 2 set up a disc as (drag & drop) file storage. This will at least give u another way of testing if the CD drive is OK.
