Cant burn using pioneer dvd-rw dvr-106d

    I have a vio with a pioneer dvd-rw dvr-106d in it. When I attempt to copy a dvd using dvd shrink and nero it burns to 100% then gives me an error saying it could not close the disc I guess its not able to finalize the process. I have the newest version of nero and I tried to download firmware for the pioneer and it will not allow me to. Please help what must I do. I am a novice and I need help. Thanks.

    u could post a Nero burn log to help us find out what might be wrong.

    Nero 7 u can find it here C:\Program Files\Nero\Nero 7\Core

    Look for the NeroHistory.txt file

    Copy only the Last Log and edit ur Serial Number out
