cant burn VCD

    I am trying to find a way to burn my mpg files to vcd.I have been using TMPGE but it wont let me burn.I am using roxio easy CD creator 4.02 and it doesnt seem to want to work with any other program. I am new to VCDs and it is all SOOO confusing, is there anyone out there who can help me :)
