Seems to me, that the only person living in mommies basement are little noobs who have nothing better to do than to start arguements in stead of answering the question at hand.

Venom, Im not trying to start an argument, if you guys were only modding your xbox's for personal use have at it, but instead we both know 90% of you in here are using them to cheat at video games. That is sad. Also, I don't even live in the same zip code as my mother, I live on my own and make plenty of money my self and I am not even close to 30. You are probably a 15 year old kid who has never had a girlfriend or anything. AND WHAT KIND OF GAY RULE IS NO CAPS. WHO GIVES A CRAP ABOUT USING CAPS? AND WHO CARES IF I GET BANNED, AT LEAST IT WASN'T FOR CHEATING, RATHER DISPLAYING THE TRUTH THAT CHEATERS HAVE NO LIFE!!!!

 

One last thing, to the 1 or 2 people in here that isn't here to learn how to cheat on video games my post above cursing modders out does not pertain to you. It only pertains to the ones who are out to ruin the experience for gamers who play legit and don't even know what a mod or bios is. I have a degree in CS from UofK and know all about computers but I don't put it on the web for people to cheat. I have helped many people out on afterdawn dealing with issues but if for once I thought they could use the info to ruin someone else's gaming experience I would not post it.

And FYI @jareyn3: I had a chipped xbox over a year before I got a subscription to Xbox Live. I modded mine for backup purposes, music movies, and much...MUCH more!
It's all the softmodding noobs that cheat, Keiser here has a chip and installed it HIMSELF. If you picked up a soldering iron you would probably burn your dick. Everybody hates cheaters, even some cheaters...but you don't have to do something like this. This is a legit problem. I tell people my xbox is modded on LIVE and they assume I have modded maps, I don't, and never have. The word "MOD" has double meaning now to everyone, ever since people started using modded maps on LIVE. A lot of us REAL modders, just won't to be able to dual boot with our chips, so we can still play on live, that's what I do. And we don't need your crybaby shit either. I'm older than you, coolder than you, smarter than you, did better in school than you ARE right now, w/o going have the time, skipping to get fucked up, 9 months in prison for drug and gun charges, and I'm still not an annoying twit like you. Get some peach fuzz, some manners, and some respect and then come back and try and HELP someone. You will need some KNOWLEDGE to do that, so read a book besides "See Jane Run"

I am sure that it didn't pertain to me, as a matter of fact, I know it didn't cause I don't cheat...not even on taxes!

But man, you could have definately come off a little bit better there buddy. But it was a hard case rant, better situated in the "Safety Channel" Forums. At least there, you will get some slack on how much you can vent.

Side note:

Alright...so, 2 weeks ago I got my xbox, last night I bought my mod chip. I can't WAIT to start playing some games. Even on Xbox Live, although, I didn't know you could cheat on Live (thought there were patches and stuff for it)

At the beginning I thought It was my ISP (not xbl supported) my router....bla bla bla bla...however I tried with my mate's xbox and the connection went through.....buut the problem its exactly the same...I have not tried to use the congifmagic yet...I 'll do it right away...but pls Irshdrunk and Keizer keeo this topic alive...

by the way...FYI venomX05 in Australia MODDED XBOX are 100% legal.....lets see what Microsoft has to say about it! The Ausssie laws just passed that law a couple of weeks ago....

Already tried with a new EPROM, and a new HD (from another XBOX, and a new EPROM) but could not reach the XBL service again....I think that with the new XBL version, MIcrosoft is ahead of us (modded consoles, just for a while)

What d u think?
