Can't Get Back to the Softmod Menu

    I used the Splinter Cell save to setup my softmod, and the mod works fine. However, I wanted to access the softmod menu again (the place where you have the option to backup the C:Drive).

    When I insert the game disc and load the save, it just goes to a black screen and doesn't load the menu. Can anyone help?
