cant get usb2.0 accessed to laptop

keeps telling me windows cant find driver for it- so i cant upgrade firmware until i have it- does anyone know how to get the driver- i keep only finding driver detective but no avail

it asks for cd- its a eurovox max v box- i think there was a cd alright but looked up and down the house and cant find it- anywhere online i could get it- please help- NFL wildcard season starts on saturday
