   hi
   i keep getting error messages when i try to play scrabble complete
   on the computer.i get the message that says microsoft has found pro-
   blems and needs to close and then it makes a report but doesnt say
   whats wrong.i have norton and spysweeper installed on my computer.i
   tried to disable them but still got the same results.any ideas??
