I can receive messages on the messenger app, but can not send. This is from Walmart pharmacy and I need to be able to respond to their questions. I can receive the questions from them, but can't send a message back to them. It is not blocked, as I have checked. They have not blocked me (that would defeat the purpose of sending me messages). I have tried uninstalling and the reinstalling the messenger app. I have cleared my caches on my devices. I have reset my devices (cell phone and tablet). Nothing seems to help. I need to be able to answer them. Can anyone tell me what the problem might be and how I might fix it? I would appreciate any help. Thank you
Yes. The Walmart pharmacy (45500 ) is the only message I can not send. Walmart says they didn't do anything to block me. Does this info help?
