When I open my camera on my PC, and try to take a picture, I get the following message on screen.
"Something went wrong. Sorry, weren’t able to save the photo. If you need it, here’s the error code 0xA00F424F (0x80004005)"
Can anyone tell what I can do to fix this? I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it didn't help. I would appreciate any help.
My son wants me to skype, but can't get camera working. Thank you

a friend has same issue with his laptop camera as worked on 8 or 8.1 but not 10 but there is no error code & device manager says camera is working ok. was working when upgraded from 8 or 8.1 to 10 but 10 update stopped camera from working.

If using a laptop, I suggest going to the vendor' website and checking for driver updates.
