cant uninstall nero from control panel

this thread is a new problem representing an extension of my advrcntr2.dll problem

i took aradhana's advice which was helping several people....remove nero 7 via the control panel and then use the general clean tool...

well lo and behold i cant remove nero 7 by the controlpanel and get an error

god i';m spiralling out of control.....i should reinsatll roxio

 

Just run the Clean Tool.

 

thanks i did finally remove nero except there are 2 files left in my application data files-nero container and nero digital-should i delete these manually--my registry appears clear

 

If you run the Clean Tool it should scrub everything.
