Car DVD Rom??? plz help

    I have a navigation system in my Honda but it won't let me play regular DVD's in it. I know the Manuel said that DVD's will not be able to be read. Is there another format that I can convert a DVD so that it will play?plz help.oh yea on the DVD player itself it says DVD-Rom.

    probably not. your suppose to look into this stuff before you purchase it. you can see if there is a way to hack it if there is a forum for your exact model. use google

    DVD driven navigation systems are designed to read DVD with the Nav system language on it. Much like the reason you get a no disc error if you put a PC DVD into a movie DVD player.
