I ran CCleaner cleaner with all the default boxes checked and some of the files it deleted were AVG Free .bin files? I am pretty sure those are the AVG update files (they are in a folder called upd7bin). I was kind of worried so I had AVG check for updates and it downloaded the new ones. I was still worried because there were still only a couple small files in that folder so I went to AVG's manual update page, downloaded the bin files and moved them to the upd7bin folder. I had AVG check for updates from that folder but it said it was already update to date. Why would CCleaner want to delete those files?
