Change game resolution

    Hey
    I got GTA4, and installed it and i've noticed that it runs a little slow. I read on yahoo answers that you can change the screen resolution to whatever you want, and force it to run in windowed mode. Here is the link:

    I tried to follow the instructions, but it dosn't work. How are you supposed to type it?
