change video resolution

    hi
    I have movie file with 352/240 resolution and i want to change that to 640/368 or high resolution.
    do you know how can i do that. tell me easylly
    I have windows xp / 2400 prossecor+256MB RAM
    GFORCE 4 VGA

    Is your file mpeg or avi? You're going to have to encode a new file in order to resize. How you do this depends on which type of file you have, as well as the destination type you disire. You should also know that enlarging your movie will magnify its imperfections, thus creating a file that looks much worse than the original.
