I'm using ConvertXtoDVD, every video file that I add to it has an FPS over 30. In order to view them optimally on my TV via DVD the FPS should be 30, instead they are around 40. Is there any way to change the amount of FPS in a video file?

By the way, I keep getting an error that says, "Error while decoding stream #0.0

    What is this?

I use a program called Super by erightsoft. It accepts nearly every file type you could think of and you can change fps plus many many other things. Best of all its free.
