changing frame rate with v dub

    Has anyone got any tips on changing avis with frame rate of 23 and 23.97 to 29 fps ntsc standard and keeping the audio in sync with v,dub...

    I hope so........ I'm looking for an answer to that same question. Even worse, I have a couple in the 15 fps range and going to 29.970 makes it twice as fast and whacks out the audio. Can someone help us out? Thanks
