Here's the issue and i will be very grateful to anyone who helps. I have a plain old sky box (no sky plus) connected and its working 100% no issues... I then swapped to a genuine sky plus box (that i did not purchase from sky) and it showed up saying no signal is being received. I had used the card from my basic sky box. I also tried this with another sky box (not sky plus) and got the same result. I think the error was error 36. Only my first ever sky box i received works and others don't however my friend also brought a sky plus and got it working easy any help!? Sorry is i confused you =S
