Is there a program out there that will change a DVD from wide screen to full screen and vice versa? If so what is the name and where can I get it? Thanks.

Don't think so. But good luck on locating something.

Using VOB blanker, you can change the video attributes to different sizes. It may work for going from widescreen to full screen, but if you go from full to widescreen, of course it just stretches the video to fit the letterbox screen. Not true letterbox.

You could try it and see if it works.

First convert your dvd into another popular format (e.g. avi, rm), then burn with programs like Nero which let you set the aspect ratio before encoding. This way you can change whatever attributes you like.
