Hi i got a sv3 for my mate and i put the lastest firmware on it and tested it in my house and it picks up 135 channels and wrks perfect but when i set it up at my mates house it found 135 channels but channels like bravo,bravo+1,history,bio,sky modern and sky premier keep breaking up all the time and the channels could not be watched,i tried deleting each channel then rescaning but same problem so i said iwould look in to it then at wkrk the fowlling wk he said that the channels that never wrkd where working perfect then 3 days later they went again.So i reflashed it again and tested at my house and wrkd perfect then took to his house and it found less channels ithink it was 80 and this time no skysports1,setantas where all missing so i took my box down pluged it in and same prob but when i brought it home i pluged it in and was perfect 140 channels.When i was at his house i noticed that there is a 8way splitter at the bottom of the staris (there is 7 rooms in the house so a cable each gose to the rooms) and i tried the sv in the living room and same problem.Im woundering could it be the bad weather that we have had and still are having?Could it be the 8 way splitter?Hope someone could help.torres9 im in galway by the way forgot to say at the start.ps.liverpool are very bad 2day...........
Thanks for quick reply.How dose the boster work and where is the best place to get one.Being that the 8way splitter is dwn stairs is it jst a case of boster being in the room then he would get the signal to get the cahnnels?thanks torres9

Thanks karljd for where 2get the boster,is it just a case of putting the cable from the wall in to the boster then cable from that to the box?I have alot of faith in the pool but the game was very poor it was like weds night but when you have the class of torres in your team he only needs 1 chance.hopefuly untd and the cheats chelsea mess it up 2mrw.I reckon crouch could do us a favour.Do you go 2 many games at anfield?thanks torres9. ynwa

yeah thats it with the booster alright,and without going off topic an away win first day of the season is a good result,a lot of liverpool fans are guilty of believing what they read in the manchester and london press which are all anti liverpool,if the mancs where to win today at sunderland the press would be saying business as usual,and yes i try to get over as much as i can but with so many fans now and so few tickets it's getting harder and harder.
