    HI CAN ANY BODY PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO GET THE NEW CHANELLS ON MY F3 BOX IE SKY DISNEY ECT THANKS DAVE

    download that file, save it to your desktop, put a memory stick in PC and format it to FAT32, drag the downloaded file to memory stick, unplug memory stick from pc and plug it in to the f3 box, go to menu on box and find the update via usb option
