    As most of you know you are missing chans or not working at all, this is a prob with VM and not your box, you wont get anything until they fix the issue, so dont start scanning boxs, resetting etc as this wont work.

    No service means just that. Until they fix it, you will just have to be patient.

    cheers mickah i got the channels last night about 1am got up this morning and nothing again not even itv and bbc channels .

    B33 area of Birmingham have no Internet either, now I am using mobile internet, and all I get is a message saying it should be ok in a few hours when I phone up, so no tv or internet now.
