Chapters in VCD but not Ripped form a DVD

    Is it possible to make chapters in a VCD when it's not ripped from a DVD? Like with mp3's were you can make a cue file.

    Yes of cource..allmost any fairly good VCD authoring program will let you add chapters anywere in the VCD Movie you want and then it would Burn the VCD..
    VCDEasy is a Basic one and something like Ulead DVD Movie factory is a bit better as you can add chapters and munu"s.....
