    Yea Linny i'm in Ireland and we don't celebrate it as much here either but every year its getting more and more popular, more houses done up and kids don't say "help the halloween party any more" its all american now with "Trick or Treat" LOL.

    yh its good for the little 'uns and i love still decorating my house - my 15 yr old tells me im sad BUT who wants to go celebrate halloween NEXT YEAR with MICKEY - He does lol! he will be 16 then - but thats ok coz its not at home where hhis mates can see but at Micky Mouses home lol!
    I have all me candles and holders ready for halloween, orange n black n purple n green n i also get the kids black jacks n fruit salad sweets - jsut to keep in with the theme lol!

    sorry at my age (46) we are allowed to act like kids at times lol! cant be grown up all the time can we!

    aah good but your next door to each other so guess you wouls do similar things as your such a big contry to, and im sure you always do christmas big to lol!

    the UK are waaaaaaaaaaaaaay behind the likes of the bigger countries lol!

    @linny, it's up to you to make your own fun!

    So why don't you have a halloween fancy dress party for your kids friends and do the whole house up? Start a new tradition around your area! ;)

    ah woudl love to but the youngest child is 14 lol and they dotn want to know, where i live its a lot of older folk, and well they dont like kids banging on doors asking for treats. we have only been here just over 2 yrs, but i still decorate my house lol and still make choccy cakes, but well only for mine now. only people we do get knocking are a few girls - BUT thats only because they on my George will be in lol!

    He's 15 - same age as my son! Yeah, we get a few girls calling all right! lol! ;)

    And my youngest is 13, so she's not interested either!

    Btw, would you happen to know where i could get my hands on some snake skins? How often do they shed anyway?

    It's not to make anything out of!

    It's just to have them as a symbol of the ancient serpent energy which is represented by kundalini energy.

    Not really, i'd prefer to have them in their natural state to work with energetically. :)
