    Another green pic for onya. This is the lakes at glendalough. Glendalough translates into valley of two lakes in english.

    Actually it's gaelic, which is an ancient celtic tongue, we still learn it in school over here although it isn't spoken that much in everyday life, except in some areas of the west of ireland, which are called the gaeltacht, irish is the main language over there.

    So conas a ta tu Loco?

    That means how are you?

    G'day. I guess there's somethin' in the translation...LOL

    I'm more used to the lilt of your speech, so what you describe is a little off centre to the usual for me. "conas a ta tu". knowing the Irish language as I don't, these words are said rather quickly I presume? Just getting a handle on the lingo. :}

    as eva pointed out this is gaeilge our national language which we were thought in school our kids are been thought in school but we never use it!

    good evening peeps its early evening now lol and its getting dark and seems rather cold.

    No snow in Caneda then Icanbe??

    oh i love snow but here in the UK ( well at least my area) we dont get it, if we do its only a few inches.
