Not bad at 170 clicks. Keep it going. My '92 Metro (3 cylinders of raw power) is at 135,000 but is on it's second motor. The original owner locked it up, probably trying to pass a grain truck, LOL.

Still lurking here and there Eva don't worry lol. Speaking of freezing..we've had a couple of shockers in the last month or so. The cold snaps rumble down the Blue mountains and bam, it hits us for a six. The whole of the Sydney basin gets a wake up call no one needs. Back to early thirties soon I hopes, the kids haven't made much use of the pool this year so far. Tell you what though, one hot day and then a rain storm brings out those bloody frogs again. Can't sleep a wink with all the racket and carry on. The cold snap put the brakes on their little efforts for a while at least... hahaha (sods).
Oh and apologies with regards to the plane. As soon as JT get's off that bender, it will be next year...lol.
Ahhh well, thems the breaks I guess..and I was sooo looking forward to show you guy's how to use zinc cream!

 

What was the size of those motors, about 1 litre and about 50 to 60 hp?
Had a friend a few years ago who put a turbo out of a 6.2 litre disel truck on his metro, needless to say his motor didn't live long either.
Yes he was pretty nuts. LOL

 

Yep, 1 Liter; about 63hp if memory serves. If i turn on the radio, i have to downshift. Lol.

The dvb boxes all went down in england today. The forums are flooded with people asking for codes. He can't close the threads fast enough! Lucky they haven't gone down in ireland yet or the whole site would be swamped!
