If I do the factory setting will the box still be flashed with auto roll and when do I turn the box off, before, during or at the end of the factory setting? thanks

You will still have V4 installed for autoroll and do a factory setting and delete channels , turn off box and turn back on and continue with installation , when channels are found press menu 1570 and turn the EMU key ON

Got it, great, I appreciate that, a million thanks, has been driving me mad all day. Can I just ask you is it difficult to put channels in alphabetical order? Thanks again

No just go to channel edit and press sort. You could use the SVCE, (Starview Channel Editor). This is a piece of software that allows you to sort channels to your liking. But that is a longer process.

And must say well done to Celt :)
