    No, you can't, that's why Europeans don't have kids at all, since AFAIK, circumcizing is pretty rare in Europe (depending on the country obviously).

    I'm not an anatomy expert or anything but i think if you HAVE the parts to be circumsized, you DON'T have the parts to have a baby!!! unless something has changed and i wasn't told!:)

    Hey Darthnip, by chance are you getting the terms circumsized and castrated mixed up? You still keep the parts, you just lose the parka.

    Accident = Ouch! However you may lose a tool but gain a fat wallet, either way you can find a lady to love ya! I got trimmed as a baby and don't mind the loss though what I do mind is the trimming they did on my tongue, could've been a real treat to keep the length there.

    lol!! no i mean if you have penis to be circumsized, you dont have the uterus to have the baby!! you know that whole birds and bees thing.

    Um...is this a serious question? No, You can't have a baby..if you were circumcized then you are a boy. However, you are able to make a baby. Your body is still producing the little swimmers despite the lack of extra skin. :)

    But obviously you should note that if you get boys, they wont have penis at all, since you (or your parents) decided to cut off part of yours -- it kinda gets into genes if you mess with the important parts of your body ;-)
