After scanning through this thread I couldn't find any info on this cartoon I remember really well.

I don't remember if it was genuinely 80's or very very early 90's, but it was a show about some police in the near future. I can't for the life of me remember the name of it but the main bad guy was a big fat guy. Does that ring any bells for anyone?

The cartoon that your friend in China was referring to is 'Marshall Bravehear't--"Strength of a bear", "Speed of a cheetah"( although, I think he actually said puma, but cheetah would make more sense).

That police cartoon is called C.O.P.S and the big guy's name is the BIG BOSS... a master mind the crimal that robs the biggest NY bank! Yes, he's huge! It was actually an 80's cartoon with a toyline. It lasted about one or two season. My favourite character is Dr Badvibes. The twisted clowen with his brain on top of his head! The toys were had of metal I recall but not sure?

I'm gonna have to say He-Man.
NOTE: The most annoying was She-Ra. Why did they feel the need to hide that troll looking thing in the bushes every episode???!!!

I'd be remiss if I didn't mention "GI JOE". That cartoon was pretty indepth to be for youngins but I love it and the toys. I think between GI JOE & He-Man those were the only toys I played with as a little one.

Can anyone remember a cartoon where a human boy got transported to a space high school? There was a guy that has a wheel instead of feet. There was also a small flying creature of some sort. Lots of characters actually. It was airing around the time that captain N the game master was on.

    Hey all ;)

Being a huge fan of classic 80's cartoons (I have a pretty large stash on my pc of episodes, theme tunes and so forth), i found this thread very interesting :)

I got one thats been killing me to find out the name of, don't remember much. Group of kids (yeah that narrows it down), i think they travelled accross space or between 2 dimensions at least.

The only thing I remember clearly (this should help you out) is it all revolved around a big clock in the middle of a shopping centre. Ontop of the clock was like a silver robot thing that rang a bell and it was connected to the other dimension or something.

Oh and i think someone mentioned mysterious cities of gold? I have all the episodes on my HD if your interested? can send em to ya or something?

The first one from what I remember was about someone living on a tiny planet or such with a flower or rose that bloomed and a little woman lived in it.. If anybody knows the name, please tell me!!

I believe the show you are referring to is the Adventures of the Little Prince.

I was trying to find the name of a cartoon that haunts my childhood and i found the this post
"HEY!!! Does anybody remember an animated movie about a panda prince? It had a strange look to it, like the characters were very flat. In the movie, the little panda's mother was a white polar bear, I think, and she was a queen. And in order to one day become king he had to pass the waterfall test or something. And he ends up failing it and is banned from the kingdom. Then he joins a circus or something. Thats all I can remember...SOMEONE HELP! I want to find this movie and own it! lol"
I could add more details like circus burns down, prince falls in love, grizlies take over the waterfall when he's gone and make his mom a slave... but the name still eludes me.

Ok, someone mentioned the Mario Bros. show earlier, but there is another Nintendo based cartoon I remember, not sure if it is part of the same show or not. The main character was a high school kid with brown hair and a red and white Nintendo letterman's jacket, NES controller belt buckle (he could pause time with it and such), NES light gun in a holster or something, and it had Kid Icarus and other nintendo classic characters. Maybe it was called Nintendo Power? I'm not sure. If anyone knows anything about it, let me know. And whoever was talking about the guy playing guitar in the forest and introducing cartoons above, I remember watching that as a child. The guy would hike through the forest to a special place and play guitar for the viewers. Very similar to Mr. Rodgers.

    He-Man
    G.I. Joe
    Superfriends
    Fantastic Four (60's)
    Dungeons and Dragons
    Bravestarr
    Smurfs
    Thundercats
    Voltron (lions)
    TMNT
    Flintstone Kids
    Garfield
X-men(I only know about one 80's episode of X-men from 1989, where Wolverine has the brown suit and is Australian and Kittie Pride joins the team, a long time before the newer series on Fox came out)
    Spider-Man
    Inspector gadget

Does anyone remember Sectaurs? I had a Sectaurs toy, his name was Prince Dargon and he was similar to He-man toys but taller and more articulated with a bug face and antanae. He rode a furry bug handpuppet. I would think this was a cartoon, but I do not remember it.
