Hi I have used anydvd and clone dvd for three years. Since about December my computers (both are acer laptops with dvd burners) are crashing. The computer totally shuts off and it happens everytime. I need help! Would appreciate any advice. Thanks so Much! Donya
try a clean reinstall meaning do a disc cleanup(CCleaner) defrag then reboot and reinstall both prgrams have you tryed dvdfab decrypter http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/622748
Hi one laptop crashes at other times and everytime I use clone dvd. The other laptop is only when I use clone dvd. When it began though it was only during clone dvd that it crashed. I downloaded dvd fab on one laptop and I originally thought that was what the problem was so I took it off, obviously that wasn't the problem because it is still crashing. I will try a disc clean up and post back... Donya
