I have exactly the same problem a 0 at the front of the box and constant rebooting of the box, what the easiest way to fix this? Also when plugging in the scart lead it shows a scrambled view, this is without the cable wire being in the box. Any thoughts?
hi that was the same problem as me you will find the fix here let us know how you go on http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/531363#3216144
can i just check the symtops, as soon as i turn this thing on, it just goes straight to a 0 on screen, doenst do anything else at all. alos am i removing the first cap to confirm that is the problem because i dont understand y we remove it if we only go and put it back? thanks N
from what i am led to believe removing the c21 it corrects the offset scouser celtic or ferg will no better i followed the instuctions and it now works fine well apart from the cap the cap that was removed was a 16v i dont think you can get 10v 1000 at maplins but check what voltage of the cap that is in your box
hi, But what about the symtoms are they the same, just a 0 on the front display, none resposive box, will not even attempt to reflash? thnks N
Guys i did as instructed and the box is now up and running. Just like to say thanks to everybody in the forum, without your help i would have been spending another 100 quid or so on a replacement. N
